Shipping Policy

Order shipping time is 3-5 business days. Processing time is 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update via the USPS website.

LadySassShop will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. All purchases are final, no refunds or returns. Refunds or order cancellations may only be made prior to orders being shipped. For security reasons, no address changes will be made following the order being placed. If an address change needs to be made, please contact customer service for your order to be canceled, and refunded, and the order must be placed again with the correct address.

Contact USPS to File a Claim if your items are lost, stolen or damaged. 

International shipping takes approximately 10- 21 business days.(Mon-Fri)

This Does NOT include processing time, which is approximately 2-5 business days. 

(If you purchase Using an "Echeck" processing time will be extended & your order will not be processed until your payment has cleared.)   

If package is shipped international, customer is responsible for any additional custom fees that may occur.

After Your Order Has been Shipped, the carrier you selected at checkout MUST be contacted to locate your package if you are experiencing any shipping delays.

International packages are experiencing up to an additional 1 week wait time in customs for certain regions.
